The Role:

As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems.

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure peak performance.

• Deliver excellent customer service with technical advice and tailored solutions.

• Lead and mentor junior technicians, helping grow team capability.

• Ensure all work meets industry regulations and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years as an HVAC Service Technician, with proven installation, servicing, and repair skills.

• Qualifications: NZ Certificate in HVAC (preferred).

• Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.

• Licence: A valid New Zealand driver’s licence.
