This role can be based in either Auckland or Christchurch, offering flexibility for the right candidate!

The Role:

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Calibrate and test precision tools and equipment to industry standards

  2. Manage complete job workflows: booking → servicing → documentation → invoicing

  3. Deliver exceptional on-site customer service across New Zealand

  4. Identify and present opportunities for tool hire, service, and replacement sales

  5. Maintain professional standards for your calibration van and mobile workspace

  6. Partner with our national calibration team to drive continuous improvement

Essential Requirements:

  1. Valid New Zealand Driver's Licence

  2. New Zealand citizenship/residency or valid NZ Working Visa

  3. Mechanically-minded with strong technical aptitude

  4. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  5. Natural relationship builder with professional customer service skills

  6. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
