About the role

Are you a logistical maestro with a passion for seamless operational coordination? We're on the hunt for a master multitasker to provide crucial support to our Te Anau/Manapouri Experience Manager, as well as our Day and Overnight Cruise managers.

This role is far from ordinary! Your responsibilities will range from meticulously managing schedules and manifests to orchestrating staff deployment and asset allocation, all to uphold the highest standards of customer service. Engage in tasks like precise stocktaking and actively contribute to the Health & Safety of both our team and guests across Te Anau, Manapouri, and Doubtful Sound. You'll thrive in the dynamic nature of this job, where every day presents new challenges, from weather fluctuations to occasional breakdowns, and varying staff availability.

If you excel at juggling tasks and thrive in an ever-changing environment, this role could be your perfect fit.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in operations and office administration.
  • A track record of recruiting top talent.
  • Background in frontline sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at both face-to-face interactions and remote correspondence via email/phone.
  • The ability to think on your feet and apply situational awareness to remote responses.

If you're prepared to take on a diverse range of responsibilities and play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

What do you get out of this?

  • Permanent Full-Time role
  • Medical insurance included in your remuneration package
  • Some amazing staff benefits including a FREE Cardrona x Treble Cone Pass, and take a friend for free with you to explore some of RealNZ's most memorable experiences - jet boating, rafting, Te Anau Glowworm Caves, Milford Sound, Rakiura and the International Antarctic Centre. What an awesome opportunity to explore our back yard without spending a fortune!
