We’re seeking a skilled Fabrication Manager to lead our production team and uphold the craftsmanship behind every Innovision build. You’ll play a key role in:

1. Leading and training the fabrication team

2. Championing quality control and health & safety standards

3. Managing department ordering and supplier relationships

4. Overseeing production timelines and cost efficiency

5. Driving continual improvement in processes and output

6. Trouble shoot to keep the production team flowing

We’re looking for someone who brings:

1. Proven team leadership in boatbuilding or aluminium fabrication

2. 10+ years experience in fabrication and welding

3. Deep understanding of quality assurance and compliance

4. Strong planning and cost management capability

5. Supplier management and inventory control skills

6. Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement

7. Collaborative mindset and solution-driven approach

8. A thorough working knowledge of fabrication, welding and specialist equipment.

9. Sound understanding of engineering technology

10. Basic AutoCAD skills

11. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
