As a Builder/Site Foreman, you play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing construction sites and ensuring our projects meet our high standards. Your professional acumen will help guide and inspire junior staff, shaping the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage day-to-day operations on construction sites

• Mentor and train junior staff, nurturing their professional growth

• Oversee subcontractors to ensure top quality work

• Coordinate with local council for site inspections

• Enforce site Health & Safety protocols

Requirements:

• Qualified Licensed Builder (LBP) with proven track record

• Valid, clean driver’s license

• Fully Covid-19 vaccinated, as our work environment is client-facing

• Dynamic leadership qualities with a can-do attitude

• Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving abilities
