As a Tradesman, you will be essential in driving our project works forward, overseeing Apprentices, and ensuring that every task is executed with high standards and efficiency. Your role is vital in maintaining the quality and timeliness of projects undertaken by Advanced Plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and monitor assigned Apprentices, ensuring high-standard workmanship.

• Self-manage and complete project work, overseeing tools and materials requirements.

• Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety, ensuring adherence to safe work practices.

Requirements:

• Qualified in Plumbing, Gas Fitting, or Drain Laying.

• Strong trade problem-solving abilities and job planning skills.

• Team player with capacity to lead and motivate Apprentices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good knowledge of workplace Health and Safety practices.

Desirable Qualities:

• Positive self-starter with a "can do" attitude.

• Solid organisational skills and logical problem-solving abilities.

• Flexible, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.
