Cabinet makers:

Experienced and skilled cabinetmaker with a focus on quality workmanship producing high end products
Preferably a good understanding of joinery manufacturing and knowledge of retail/commercial shop fitting
Good communication skills, both written and spoken with a willingness to learn new processes
Open to working overtime as required
Ability to read plans with a good technical knowledge of requirements
Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box when needed
Work unsupervised and take ownership of completing projects
Punctual, organised, reliable and able to work with others in and outside of our team
Clean full Class 1 drivers licence (you many be required to drive our company vehicle)
Must be living in and have current eligibility to work in NZ. Only apply if you have NZ permanent residency or a current valid NZ work visa

Leading Hand

Similar skill requirements as cabinet maker but willing to step up to the next level with a short-term goal to Factory Foreman to the right candidate:

Ability to step up into a role with more responsibility
Hands on role working on the tools alongside your team
Liaise with the Installation Project Manager to ensure completion of project deadlines
Leadership role to work alongside, communicate and supervise cabinetry team
Willingness to learn and utilise the team's skills

Factory hours are based on a 40-hour week but you should be able to work overtime as required.

Monday - Thursday 6:30am to 3:30pm and Friday 6:30am to 12:30pm.
